If you know someone who has had a baby in the last 2 years, or is currently pregnant, and facing challenging circumstances you can nominate them to receive a Cariad Blanket Box. You can even nominate yourself - just use the button below.

All data entered on the nomination form will be stored in accordance with the privacy policy. Whilst the project tries its hardest to send a Cariad Blanket Box to all eligible nominees unfortunately due to demand, there is no guarantee that everyone who is nominated will receive one.
